Well, according to a new site, in my newest essay I write like Stephen King. Could have been worse: a colleague writes like Margaret Mitchell. (Hat tip to Ralph Luker.) News about this site is here.

According to the same site, the author of "Moby-Dick" writes like Daniel Defoe.
ReplyDeleteI gave up on the nonsense when it classified Orwell's "Why I Write" as written by H.P. Lovecraft.
ReplyDeleteAnd others have dug further and discerned that this meme is just an exercise in SEO that has been turned into an advertising opportunity for a vanity press.
