The link provided includes a comment that Kurt Lash has joined the U. of Illinois faculty, which reminded me, has Prof. Lash published the third part of his take on the 14th Amendments privileges or immunities clause? I had hoped it would have been ready before SCOTUS came down with McDonald v. Chicago. I wonder if that decision has given him second thoughts? The first two parts were great. As for the third, better late than never. Any update on its status?
