Wilentz on Slavery and the U.S. Constitution: A Constitution Day Lecture
Sean Wilentz, the George Henry Davis 1886 Professor of American History, at Princeton University, will deliver “Slavery and the U.S. Constitution,” Princeton’s Constitution Day Lecture, on Wednesday, September 16, at 4:30 p.m. in Dodds Auditorium, Robertson Hall. Sarah Rivett, an Associate Professor of English specializing in early American and eighteenth-century transatlantic literature and culture, will comment. The event is free and open to the public.
