New in Touro: Calabresi, Emoluments, and Steven Duke
There's quite a bit of legal history in the current issue (40:2) of the Touro Law Review. Roger Newman reviews of Guido Calabresi's oral history in On Guido Calabresi. Liam E. Cronan explores the Dutch origins of the Foreign Emoluments Clause in "In Defiance of Gifts." Steven B. Duke describes growing up in Arizona, clerking for Justice William O. Douglas, and becoming a criminal defense attorney while a full-time member of the Yale Law faculty, in On Becoming and Being a Criminal Defense Attorney.
