Judge Sutton on Barnette, Frankfurter and Judicial Review

The Marquette Lawyer, the alumni magazine of the Marquette University Law School, is continuing its practice of publishing legal history. (Recall Thomas Merrill’s article on Melms v. Pabst.) In addition to another view of the conference on the history of the Interstate Commerce Commission, which we’ve previously noted, it has the article Barnette, Frankfurter, and Judicial Review, by the Honorable Jeffrey S.
