Exchange Panels at ASLH

One very interesting feature of the program at the just-concluded annual meeting of the American Society for Legal History was the inclusion of more "exchange panels" from the ASLH's counterparts in other countries and regions.  The Israeli History and Law Association panel was "The Americans Are Coming: On Americans' Involvement with Post-Independence Israeli Legislation."  The Australia and New Zealand Law and History Society panel was "Meetings and Encounters: Papers from the Australia New Zealand Society for Law and History."  The European Society for Comparative Legal History panel was "Entangled Legal Histories: Following Threads between Europe and the United States."  We'll update with summaries when and if they are submitted.
