  • Felicia Kornbluh, University of Vermont, discussed A Woman’s Life is a Human Life: My Mother, Her Neighbor, and the Journey from Reproductive Rights to Reproductive Justice last Tuesday at Northwestern University (Daily Northwestern).

  • Mike Davis, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, is the 2023 recipient of the Maurice Merrill Golden Quill Award by the Oklahoma Bar Association for the article, “Skinner v. Oklahoma: How Two McAlester Lawyers Derailed Criminal Sterilization in America and the U.S. Supreme Court Invented ‘Strict Scrutiny’ as a Result,” which appeared in the May 2023 issue of the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
