Black History Month at SCOTUS Blog

Scotus Blog has a special series on Race and The Supreme Court for Black History Month. Posts this week have included Ken Mack on The Supreme Court as a Racially Representative Institution and Michael Klarman on Has the Supreme Court Been Mainly a Friend or a Foe to African Americans?
My essay on The Global Impact of Brown v. Board of Education will appear during the week of February 15 (and will be cross-posted here). Contributors include Heather Gerken, David Bernstein, Pamela Karlan, David Stras, my USC colleague Kareem Crayton, and others. The full line-up is here.
