O'Donnell's Directed Readings on International Law, Criminal Law and more

Patrick S. O'Donnell is posting extensive law-related bibliographies at Ratio Juris. He describes his bibliographies and provides a list here.

Any bibliography will be somewhat idiosyncratic, as O'Donnell notes, but these lists will be of great help to grad students or to anyone inching into a new research area. Below are links to his posts on recently posted bibliographies. On the blog, O'Donnell links to PDF files with the actual bibliographies:

International Law, Human Rights and Comparative Law

Criminal Law, Punishment and Prisons

American Indian Law

Thanks again Mary.

Just one clarification: "International Law," "Human Rights," and "Comparative Law," while posted together, are three discrete bibliographies (hence 5 total).

All good wishes,
Patrick
