She is Professor of Law and History at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she teaches administrative law, employment law, and constitutional history and theory.
She is also the author, most recently, of The Workplace Constitution from the New Deal to the New Right (Cambridge University Press) (a glimpse of which you can get here.) Her work has previously appeared in the Yale Law Journal, the Virginia Law Review, and the Law & History Review.
Professor Lee has a J.D. and a Ph.D. in history from Yale University, as well as a Masters in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining the faculty at Penn Law, she held the Samuel I. Golieb fellowship at New York University School of Law and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimba M. Wood (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York).
