On October 19,
Melvin I. Urofsky, the author of
Louis D. Brandeis: A Life, delivered
a lecture at the US Supreme Court to commemorate centennial of Justice Louis Brandeis’'s appointment. He was introduced–we’re told, memorably–by
Justice Elena Kagan. The University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and the Supreme Court Historical Society hosted the event. A recording of it airs on C-SPAN 3 on Saturday, November 5 at 4:55pm Eastern time and will be available on the C-SPAN website soon thereafter.
