  • The Georgetown University Law Center announces the creation of the Georgetown Law State Secrets Archives, "the most comprehensive, publicly available online database of materials related to the state secrets doctrine." The press release is here; the archives, here.
  • Michael Klarman, Harvard Law School, will deliver the 31st Annual Philip A. Hart Memorial Lecture, entitled "Courts, Social Change, and Political Backlash," at the Georgetown University Law Center on March 31, 2011, at 12:00 pm. A webcast will be available here.
