We are excited to welcome
Charles Zelden to the blog for the month of January. Professor Zelden teaches legal and constitutional history at Nova Southeastern University. His research focuses on civil rights, election law, and the American South. He is the author, most recently, of
The Supreme Court and Elections (2009). He has also contributed two volumes to the University Press of Kansas Landmark Law Cases and American Society series, one on
Bush v. Gore and the other on the
Battle for the Black Ballot. And, of course, he is much beloved for his dedicated service to
H-Law. Welcome, Charles Zelden!
