Garrison on Internal Security Law, 1789-1800

Arthur H. Garrison, Garrison Consultants LLC, has posted The Internal Security Acts of 1798: The Founding Generation and the Judiciary During America's First National Security Crisis, which appeared in the Journal of Supreme Court History 34 (February 2009); 1-27. It is an illustrated study of the Alien and Sedition Act and the resulting trials between 1798 and 1800.
