A belated welcome to Colored Demos: a blog on law, politics, democracy, culture, race, a blog I just discovered, but should have been following for over a year. Guy-Uriel Charles, Duke Law School, and Luis Fuentes-Rohwer, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, are co-founders. Their team includes Angela Onwuachi-Willig, University of Iowa, Anupam Chander, UC Davis Law School, Eduardo Penalver, Cornell, and they are being joined by Ariela Gross, my USC colleague and an upcoming guest at LHB.
The blog addresses issues at the intersection of law, culture, politics, and race, topics all the contributors have written compellingly about. Recent posts have included commentary on the Stop the Beach case, the Kagan nomination, and a guest post from Dorothy Brown on the BP Dividend Controversy. I look forward to more!
