Military Justice in "The Federal Lawyer"

The July 2013 issue of The Federal Lawyer (“The premier bar association serving the federal practitioners and the federal judiciary”), available on-line, has two articles of interest on the administration of military justice: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Courthouse: A History, by the Honorable Scott W. Stucky, and A History of Extraordinary Relief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, by Bradley Richardson.
