Greenglass Testimony before the Rosenberg Grand Jury Ordered Unsealed
We've just learned that Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein of the Southern District of New York has just granted the motion of the National Security Archive, the American Historical Association, the American Society for Legal History, the Organization of American Historians, the Society of American Archivists and Sam Roberts to unseal the testimonies of Max Elichter and David Greenglass before the Rosenberg grand jury. "The requested records are critical pieces of an important moment in our nation's history," wrote Judge Hellerstein. "The time for the public to guess what they contain should end."
