Robert Post in conversation with
Robert W. Gordon, on Post’s
The Taft Court: Making Law for a Divided Nation, 1921-1930, which is volume 10 of the Oliver Wendell Holmes Devise History of the Supreme Court of the United States. Robert Post is a Sterling Professor of Law at Yale Law School, where he served as dean from 2009 to 2017. Robert W. Gordon, Professor of Law Emeritus at Stanford University, is a great American legal historian. The event will take place on December 16, 2024 at Noon EST via Zoom. Register
