The latest recipient of the
Raoul Berger-Mark DeWolfe Howe Legal History Fellowship at the Harvard Law School is
Nikolas Bowie, a PhD candidate in Harvard's history department who is completing a clerkship with Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayer after clerking for Judge Jeffrey Sutton of the Sixth Circuit and graduating from HLS. His dissertation in progress is "Corporate America: A History of Corporate Personhood, 1629-2000.”
