Cogan wins Gilder Lehrman Fellowship

Neil Cogan
, who steps down in July as Dean of
Whittier Law School
, has been awarded a fellowship from the
Gilder Lehrman Institute
for his project: Law of the American Slave Societies and their Reconstruction.
