The blog world has been discussing the new Law Blog Rankings, which show the Legal History Blog moving up in the world, ranked now as 27th in page views, 26th in overall visitors, the top three blog in increases in page views, and the top 8th in increases in visitors. Not bad for a bunch of antiquarians. Paul Capron posted a new list today, ranking blogs by "stickiness": the amount of time readers spend on a blog. You, dear reader, rank 24th in stickiness among law blog readers. But a particular curiosity: readers of the top ranked blog on other metrics, Instapundit, spend less than half the time on that blog as you spend here. Why is this not surprising?
