• In The Dark Side of Defamation Law, a featured review in the New Yorker, Jeannie Suk Gersen reviews Actual Malice: Civil Rights and Freedom of the Press in New York Times v. Sullivan by Samantha Barbas.  Actual Malice also made the New Yorker’s list of “The Best Books We've Read in 2023 So Far.”
