On the road/where to find me

Of possible interest – I will be participating in symposia and giving talks in a number of places over the next few weeks.  I always like to talk with readers, and at the larger meetings I would especially love to know about legal historians attending.  Here’s where you can find me:

Sept. 18-19,    African Studies Association, UK, St. Anthony’s College, University of Oxford. (On the 20th I’m speaking about this book at a smaller event that is unfortunately not open.)

Sept. 30, University of Texas Law School Faculty Colloquium, "Unlimited War and Social Change: Unpacking the Cold War’s Impact."

Oct. 1-3, Conference on Cold War Cultures: Transnational and Interdisciplinary Perspectives, University of Texas.  My panel is Sunday morning.  This is open to the public.  (presenting this paper)

Oct. 6, Hauser Colloquium, NYU Law School, "Law, War, and the History of Time."

Oct. 7, NYU Tamiment Library Cold War Seminar.  This is open to the public.  (presenting this paper.)

Apologies if blogging is a bit spotty while I am on the road.
