- We are saddened to learn of the death of University of Wisconsin Law Professor Jane Larson. Larson wrote and taught in the areas of women's legal history, feminist legal theory, and property. The University of Wisconsin has posted a nice tribute to her, here.
- Rest in peace, Gordon Hirabayashi, a leading figure in the legal battle against the federal government's internment of Japanese immigrants and Japanese Americans during World War II. Read more here and here.
