The American Historical Association has announced the prizes, awards, and honors to be conferred at the 127th annual meeting (January 24, 2013). We're excited to see that Serena Mayeri (University of Pennsylvania) has won the Littleton-Griswold prize for Reasoning from Race: Feminism, Law, and the Civil Rights Revolution (Harvard University Press).

The Littleton-Griswold prize is awarded "for the best book in any subject on the history of American law and society" and is "administered by a joint committee of the American Historical Association and the American Society for Legal History."

Congratulations to Serena Mayeri!
