On Thursday, October 19th, a conference marking the 150th anniversary of the decision in The Slaughter-House Cases will be held at Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. The conference will begin at 9:30 a.m., and the keynote address will be given by Mark Graber. Other participants will include Evan Bernick, Craig Green, Larry Lessig, Earl Maltz, Cynthia Nicoletti and Ilan Wurman. CLE credit is available. A livestream of the conference will be available on Zoom.
