Changes of Venue

Your faithful Legal History Bloggers are moving around this fall.  And imminent relocations may lead to some sparse blogging until we are settled.

Most important, Karen Tani is now an Assistant Professor of Law at U.C. Berkeley!  (Although Berkeley is behind on its webpage updates....).  Karen will teach Torts and Legal History.

Dan Ernst is heading to NYU, where this year's Golieb fellows and other legal historians in NYC will benefit from his presence.  Dan is visiting at NYU for the year, teaching Property and American Legal History.

I will be the John Hope Franklin Professor of American Legal History as a Visiting Professor at Duke Law School this fall.  My courses will be 20th Century U.S. Constitutional History, and a seminar on Law and War in the 20th Century.
